Colletts Farm is the only producer of Raw Jersey Milk in Essex. Our micro herd currently consists of 17 cows, Nellie, Rowena, Sophie, Teresa, Tatty, Alice,  Belinda, Britney, Infinity, Lisa, Joy, Victoria, Jane, Ronde, Tennessee, Tinkerbelle, Hop, Maiden and Kirsh.  Our cows are milked twice a day and produce wonderfully creamy Raw Milk, cream, butter, and ice cream which we sell fresh from our farm here in Wormingford, Colchester.

Our cows graze the fields during the summer and are supplemented during the winter months with haylage made right here on the farm. We sell our milk raw with the 'Cream on the Top' for you to enjoy.
Raw Milk is milk that comes straight from the cow. It has not been heat treated, homogenised or pasteurised in any way. 

We are fully approved by the FSA to sell Raw milk to consumers. We do not feed any methane reducing additives to our animals.
